Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how ClientBloom Inc. ("ClientBloom," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit clientbloom.ai (the "Site"), when you use the ClientBloom platform at app.clientbloom.ai (the "Platform"), or when you otherwise interact with our services. By using the Site or the Platform, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit a discovery call request, sign up for the book, or otherwise contact us, you may provide your name, work email address, phone number, company website, and any information you share in the open-text fields of our forms.

Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site, we collect technical information including your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you view, the referring URL, and UTM parameters from your URL when present. This is collected through our analytics tools and is used to understand how visitors find and use the Site.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and measure how the Site performs. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your discovery call request or other inquiry
  • Send you the resources you requested, including a digital copy of The Exceptional Experience
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls, including reaching out by phone, email, or SMS to confirm a time
  • Provide and improve our services and the operation of the Site
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse

3. SMS Messaging Program

When you provide your phone number through a discovery call request form, you agree to receive SMS messages from ClientBloom related to scheduling and confirming your discovery call.

  • Program description. SMS messages from ClientBloom are sent for the purpose of scheduling your discovery call, confirming appointment times, and following up if we have not been able to reach you.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive between 1 and 5 messages per scheduling interaction.
  • Cost. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. ClientBloom does not charge for SMS messages.
  • Opt-out. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply HELP for assistance.
  • Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Google Account Access and Limited Use

ClientBloom lets you sign in with Google and, separately, connect your Google account so the Platform can send messages from your own address. This section describes exactly what we receive, what we do with it, and what we are not able to do.

  • Signing in with Google. If you use Google to create or access your ClientBloom account, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google profile. We use them to create your account, authenticate you, and show your identity to your teammates inside your workspace. We never receive your Google password.
  • Sending from your own address. If you connect your Google account for sending, ClientBloom requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send scope. That scope permits one action: sending a message. We use it so the client feedback surveys, case-study requests, and similar messages you initiate reach your clients from your address rather than from a sender they do not recognize. ClientBloom cannot read, search, download, modify, or delete anything in your mailbox, and does not request the scopes that would allow it.
  • What we store. We store the access credentials Google issues, encrypted, so the connection keeps working. We store a record of what ClientBloom sent on your behalf , recipient, subject, timestamp, and delivery outcome , because you need to see what went out. We do not store copies of your mailbox.
  • Limited Use.ClientBloom’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features described above. We do not transfer it except as necessary to provide those features, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with your consent. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. No ClientBloom employee reads it, except with your affirmative consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or in aggregated and anonymized form for internal operations.
  • Revoking access. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from ClientBloom’s integration settings, or from Google’s own third-party access page. Revoking stops any further sending immediately.

5. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the following categories of service providers, who act on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations:

  • GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management (CRM) and messaging platform. Form submissions are stored in GoHighLevel and used to send the SMS and email messages described in this policy.
  • Vercel, our website hosting and serverless function provider. Request logs and IP addresses may be retained by Vercel for operational and security purposes.
  • Cloudflare, used for Turnstile bot protection. Cloudflare processes a verification token at the moment of form submission to confirm you are a human visitor.
  • Microsoft Clarity, used for product analytics including session recordings of how visitors interact with the Site. Form input fields are masked from Clarity recordings.
  • Resend, when used, processes outbound transactional email on our behalf.

We may also share information when required by law, in response to lawful requests from government authorities, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ClientBloom, our customers, or others.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Lead information submitted through our forms is retained in our CRM until you ask us to delete it or your account becomes inactive for an extended period.
