Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 17, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how ClientBloom Inc. ("ClientBloom," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website clientbloom.ai (the "Site"). For information about how we use the data we collect, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the website operators. Similar technologies, such as web beacons, pixels, local storage, and session storage, work in similar ways and are covered by this policy.
2. How We Use Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Essential. Some cookies are necessary for the Site to function properly, including remembering your form inputs as you fill them out and protecting against malicious traffic. These cookies are always active and cannot be turned off.
- Analytics and performance. We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors find and use the Site. This helps us improve the Site over time.
- Attribution. We capture URL parameters (commonly known as UTM parameters) into your browser's session storage so that if you eventually submit a form, we know which marketing campaign brought you to the Site.
- Security. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that visitors are humans rather than bots. Turnstile may set short-lived tokens during this verification process.
3. Third-Party Cookies and Technologies
The following third parties may set cookies or similar technologies through the Site:
- Microsoft Clarity. A product analytics tool that records aggregated session information including click, scroll, and movement patterns. Form input fields are masked from Clarity recordings so the data you type into forms is not stored by Clarity. See Microsoft's privacy notice at privacy.microsoft.com.
- Vercel Analytics. Privacy-focused web analytics that does not use traditional tracking cookies. It measures aggregate Site performance and traffic patterns.
- Cloudflare Turnstile. A privacy-friendly CAPTCHA alternative that verifies you are a human visitor rather than a bot. Turnstile does not track your activity across other sites.
4. Your Choices
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse all cookies, refuse specific categories of cookies, or notify you when a cookie is being set. Note that if you disable essential cookies, parts of the Site may not work properly.
You can also opt out of certain analytics tracking through tools provided by the third parties listed above.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Industry standards on how to interpret these signals are still evolving. The Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as defined under California law. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Cookie Retention
Different cookies have different lifetimes. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period, which varies depending on the purpose of the cookie. URL attribution data stored in session storage is cleared when you close the browser tab.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
