The Score
Every client gets a score from 0 to 10. It's calculated from 7 weighted components, updated continuously as new data comes in from your connected tools.
7.5 – 10
Relationship is healthy and engaged. Keep up the momentum.
5.0 – 7.4
Some signals warrant attention. A proactive check-in is advised.
0 – 4.9
Retention is in danger. Intervention is needed before the relationship breaks.
